This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website niceonline.com, in-person sales made through any independent distributor and/or independent distributor website that directs you to this Returns and Exchanges Policy (collectively, the "Site").
Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. All returned or exchanged items must be must be in its original packaging.
All returned items must be accompanied by the return form, provided by our customer service representative via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The following information needs to be added to the return form: item codes for the products you wish to return, description, order number, exchange item code (if applicable). Securely pack your merchandise and return form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).
A prepaid return label will be provided to you via email once your request is approved. Place the return label on the outside of your package. Please note that the return label is pre-paid, therefore, you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment(if applicable). Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Skin care are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Nice & Bella offers a one year warranty from the date of purchase on items with a manufacturing defects. Items with manufacturing defects may be repaired or exchanged for the same item or items of equal value. Mishandling, loss or damage due to improper care of the items is not covered by the warranty.
This warranty is valid through your Nice & Bella Distributor and requires a sales receipt.
We suggest you keep your jewelry in its individual box. Clean your jewelry periodically with soap and water using a jewelry cloth. Allow lotions, perfumes and other beauty products to dry completely before wearing your jewelry. These products contain chemicals that may harm your jewelry.
You will need:
- Bowl of warm water
- Soft bristle toothbrush
- Mild liquid soap and soft cleaning cloths
1. Pour the warm water into the bowl, add a drop of liquid soap and mix.
2. Gently submerge the pieces you are cleaning into the water and quickly remove.
3. Brush the pieces gently with a toothbrush.
4. Use the cloth to dry the pieces.
